We’re really pleased to share that we have been shortlisted for two Awards as part of the annual Modern Law Awards hosted by Modern Law Magazine. Most importantly these shortlists are for the categories of Property Team of the Year & Client Care Initiative.  Client care has been a vital part  of our business since we launched so we’re extremely proud to reach the shortlist.

We have a strong focus on developing long term relationships with clients and partners with whom we share values and enjoy working with. Nearly two years on from establishing Lewis Townsend we’re proud to have a very satisfied client portfolio which is based on maintaining the best possible relationships and the highest level of care and service.

In the past 12 months, the property team has grown to seven people strong and we have a reputation for open and regular communication; as well as genuine and friendly relationship management.  We’re really proud to have established a very satisfied client portfolio which is  based on a strong pool of repeat clients and referrers including major London developers, private investors, local and nationwide estate agents and a notable list of regular overseas clients from Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, UAE, the United States and other numerous Middle Eastern States.

We’re celebrating this great news already, and we look forward to the Awards in January.
